Robert P. Luber

Attorney Luber has a sincere passion for practicing family law and has experience with high conflict divorce, contested and uncontested divorce, child custody, paternal actions, modifications, contempt, and equity actions.  In addition, Attorney Luber is a Certified Mediator and is a strong advocate for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Mr. Luber holds a J.D. from the Massachusetts School of Law (2014), an MBA from Suffolk University (1998), and a B.A. from Clark University where he majored in both economics and psychology.

He is a member of The American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, Lawrence Bar Association, Essex Bar Association, and Middlesex Bar Association..

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Luber was CEO and founder of residential real estate development and appraisal firm for over 20 years.  

His experience in real estate and family law enables him to help clients navigate the complex matters and difficulties parties often face when attempting to resolve legal issues when emotions prevail and compromise seems impossible to come by. 

Mr. Luber is married and is the father of three teenagers. In his free time coaches a Little League team for kids with varying degrees of physical and mental disabilities and likes to watch Bruins, Celtics, Red Sox, and Patriots games.
